李进茂(1943.12)斋号：三江养心斋，字号河源孺子，青海西宁人。毕业于青海农林学校设计系，1964年元月参加工作，1966年4月入党
曾在解放軍3405工厂，共青团青海省委、青海青年報、青海广播电视台《青海广播电视報》历任美术编辑、主任编辑等职，获全国记协三十年资深新闻工作者。2003年12月26退休。退休后继须发挥余热进行美木、摄影创作。现为中央名家书画院副院长，中国国际艺术馆名誉馆长，中华国粹书画协会名誉会长，中国艺术名家推荐委员会主席，中国国际艺术委员会委员，中国美术家协会会员、中国摄影家协会会员、 青海美协早期会员，曾担任青海摄影家协会理事，青海新闻协会常务理事，青海新闻摄影协会常务理事，青海省直机关书画摄影协会理事等。国家特级美术师，国家高级摄影师。现任人民日报书画家联谊会终身名誉主席，中国红色文化艺术联合会常务理事，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委会委员，中国艺术院院士(学院派艺术家)，瑞典皇家艺术学院荣誉艺术博士学位，法兰西皇家美术学院艺术学博士学位，中国教育联盟客座教授，英国牛津艺术 学院中国画高级研究员，中国国艺人民书画院理事，北京环球艺术院名誉副院长，青海江源民族书画院副院长，中国国画院青海分院院长，曲阜鸿儒书画院常务理事。
李进茂先生以青藏高原为生活，创作素材，以造化为师，写尽青藏高原的高远与神秘，他以大视野的广角镜头语言，记录着青藏高原的万象神姿：从近、中、远三景透视中，展现着苍穹中翱翔的雄鹰。如剪影般的耗牛群，远处牧人的毡房在光影与笔墨的互为表达中，让我们看到青藏高原的风骨沧桑与壮美神秀。
李进茂先生自幼窖爱丹青、师承朱乃正崔振国、马西光、里果等拜习油画、版画、国画。后专一研习中国画40多年、山水、花卉、人物俱著。题材以青藏高原民族凤情为主，画面简洁不失 丰满，清新秀面，气韵生动，给人一种淡雅怡静安适之感。“师古人、师今人、师造化” 一手伸向传统，一手伸向生活，古今融汇，中西贯通，博取众长，以铸就自家风貌。先生在创作中追求 艺术的精致，深度的抒情来实现自己对于山水的理解和诊释，或以势胜，或以情胜，或以理胜，或以气胜的山水境界。先生才华胜人，激情飞扬，取法高古，意境深邃迥异流俗，风韵幽雅，书艺高超，书德高尚，在坚持正统，强调基本功前提下不断在寻找个性，不为名利所扰，不被尘俗所染。以豪迈、奔放而不失规矩，飘逸隽秀，而又刚劲挺拔，传统中见个性，飞扬中见沉稳。作品在国内，国际大展大赛中屡获金奖，收藏并入编几百种大型书画集中。出版有《李进茂 国画作品集》、《国家艺术人物李进茂专刊集》、《中国文化传承人物李进茂专刊》、《中国网 教中心客座教授李进茂书画教程教材》等。多次受到中央文史馆、文化部、外交部等政府及群众 文化单位的表彰，授予“国家级重大贡献艺术家” “世界华人功勋国画大师”、“中国本土的国际艺术大师”等称号。2015年12月文化部授予李进茂先生当代中国“国家重点保护艺术家”，2019年8月中国文艺改革发展委员会授予“中国书画艺术代表人物“称号。在2019首届北京“中华艺术国际书画展赛"中作品《居山有福》获一等奖，本次大展赛第一名，并被人民大会堂管理局、中国艺术改革发展委员会授予”国宾礼书画艺术家”称号，2021年10月中国功勋人物委员会授予“中国功勋人物"称号。在纪念中华人民共和国恢复联合国合法席位五十周年之际获联合国“大国艺术工匠功勋人物"勋章。

mr. li jinmao lives on the qinghai tibet plateau, using creative materials and learning from nature to depict the vastness and mystery of the plateau. with his wide-angle lens language, he records the myriad wonders of the qinghai tibet plateau: from the perspective of near, medium, and far scenes, he displays the soaring eagles in the sky. the silhouette like herds of cattle, the pastoral felt houses in the distance, in the interplay of light, shadow, and ink, allow us to see the rugged and magnificent scenery of the qinghai tibet plateau.
mr. li jinmao has been loving danqing since childhood, and has studied oil painting, printmaking, and traditional chinese painting under the tutelage of zhu naizheng, cui zhenguo, ma xiguang, li guo, and others. i have been studying chinese painting for over 40 years, specializing in landscapes, flowers, and characters. the theme mainly focuses on the ethnic phoenix sentiment in the qinghai tibet plateau, with concise yet full-bodied images that are fresh and beautiful, with vivid charm, giving people a sense of elegance, tranquility, and comfort.
