刘吉敦(墩)，字译远，号春明斋主，男，1957年出生于孔子故里山东济宁，大学学历，现为ⅰ.a.e.国际学士院中华书画审议院院长，国务院国宾礼特供艺术家，香港特区文联美术家协会副主席，中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院副院长，专职书画艺术家，签约书画家。加拿大维多利亚皇家艺术学院客座教授，国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，国家民族画院特聘书画家，中华人民共和国文化和旅游部人才中心首席入库艺术家，中国民建书画艺专委客座教授，国家人文历史国历书画院签约书画家，国家书画院副院长，孔子美术馆客座教授，签约艺术家，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会理事，中国企业报导艺术资本理事会副主席，八达岭新长城中国文化榜入选艺术家，国际同心会中华书画艺术家首席代表，荣誉顾问。2005年，国画作品“跨越海峡两岸情″、“海峡两岸鱼水情深”被国礼有关单位分别馈赠给连战先生、宋楚瑜先生等。先后被中国艺术学会评选为2008年度中国艺术年度人物，2011年国画《九鲤祥和》等作品被中南海钓鱼台国宾馆收藏。2014年6月入选为中国新长城艺术家，国画作品《九鲤祥和》已被镶嵌在八达岭新长城文化墙，永久面向公众展示。2016年3月被评为“全国两会”书画界新闻人物，25家国家新闻媒体连续全国推广报道。2017年6月，国画作品《海峡两岸鱼水情深》馈赠给联合国大使、国际同心会世界总会会长、工党(台湾)中央委员会主席、i.a.e.国际学士院总裁苏炳郎博士，被国际学士院、国际考古文物联席委员会收藏，永载史册。2019年春节期间，以习近平主席家乡富平县名“富平”两字创意岀“富平”“平安”《福》字幅，馈赠给联合国秘书长古特雷斯先生。2019年5月4日创作的一幅4尺斗方国画鱼图《紫气东来》，祝贺联合国秘书长古特雷斯先生70寿辰，得到他的高度赞扬，随后在联合国进行网络推布宣介。2019年8月12日被中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会聘请为客座教授，2019年10月10日国画作品《九鲤祥和》经“一带一路”文化之旅组委会中吉双方审核，通过外交渠道正式赠送给上合组织比什凯克峰会国家元首吉尔吉斯共和国总统，获得中吉国家主办方颁发的上合峰会国礼收藏证书，彰显中吉两国文化交流的国礼风采。2019年10月12日，山水画《紫气东来》、《九鲤祥和》图入选中国楹联学会主办的书画作品进校园活动，入著书集分别赠送给全国各院校。2019年12月人民日报主办并出版了中国美术家协会主席范迪安和书画家刘吉墩的2020大美中国书画展名家台历珍藏版。2020年4月16日，国画《九鲤祥和》等作品参加中国美协和“一带一路”之旅组委会上合组织比什凯克元首峰会协办的全国抗击疫情艺术创作艺术家推选活动，荣获铜奖。2020年7月，国画《搏浪击水三千里，跃上龙门天地宽》图、《九鲤祥和》图，分别被国家博物馆、中国美术馆收藏。2020年8月，国画《九鲤祥和》被i.a.e.国际学士院世界皇家御本部评鉴委员会评为世界皇家传世典藏。2021年4月，被i.a.e.国际学士院大学授于世界最高功勋赏。2021年10月，参加上海合作组织秘书处“一带一路”丝旅文化组委会举办的上海合作组织成立20周年评选活动，被评选为银奖暨中国艺术大师、国礼艺术家荣誉称号。2022年9月，被中国美术家协会、中国书法家协会、中国国家艺术促进会，中国人才管理中心，国际孔子文化研究院等，授予“人民书画家”荣誉称号。2023年6月，其作品被中国文化名人网、中国文化艺术大师网、中国文人研究网、中国艺术名家交流中心等九游会ag官方网站官网授予“中国最有收藏价值艺术家”、“收藏家最喜爱的十大艺术家”荣誉称号。其作品多次参加中外艺术大展并获奖。近年来，其作品受到了联合国，美国、日本、法国、韩国等要员及收藏家的青睐，已入编有《中国美术书法界名人名作博览》、《世界艺术家名人录》、《中华翰墨名家作品博览》、《海峡两岸书画名家精品选》、《跨世纪著名书画艺术家经典》、《中国当代艺术家收藏大典》、《中国收藏》、《联墨艺术进校园》、《书画家名人录》等。美国芝加哥时报，澳门日报，香港日报，澳门政法报，中红网，人民日报，陕西政协报，陕西艺术报、西安晚报等都有报道。
